Planning Delegation Scheme.
The Council's Development Management Department has a number of delegation schemes for different types of planning application. Delegation is a system where by some planning applications, subject to meeting specific criteria, can be determined within the Planning Department without the need to be debated at the Development Management Committee.

- Other Applications (53KB - 15 February 2011 - PDF Help) (for example, a residential extension).
