Combined Plans. When submitting a combined application you will need to complete two sets of forms (For example, a Householder application for planning permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to, extension, or demilition of a listed building), as these are treated as separate applications. Statements of Significance. It is now a requirement to submit a Statement of Significance for all applications for listed building consent, conservation area consent, and planning applications which affect designated and non-designated heritage asset. |
On 6th April 2008 the Government introduced a new Standard Planning Application Form, known as 1APP. This form is a key part of specific proposals to streamline and simplify the arrangements for handling applications for planning permission and associated consents.
There are a number of application forms and guidance notes available to download
in PDF format using the links below. If you are unsure which form you need, please contact the Planning
