Property Services is a multi disciplinary team of professionals dealing with all aspects of property matters relating to non-housing buildings and sites.

The range of properties includes leisure facilities, workshops, offices, town halls, cafes, beach huts, shelters, public conveniences and clocks.

The team deals with:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Asbestos management
  • Fire risk assessments
  • DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) Audits and improvements
  • Legionella monitoring
  • Building Design and project management of new build extensions, refurbishments and alterations, at Council non-housing (commercial) buildings and assets.
  • Facilities management
  • In-house maintenance Work, including redecoration, carpentry and plumbing by a dedicated team of maintenance technicians

We aim to be a “one stop shop” for all property issues.
