Planned and Reactive Maintenance

EDDC has a five year ongoing annual maintenance test programme which administers the annual maintenance and testing of various utilities and facilities of East Devon’s non housing properties which include leisure facilities (sports centres and swimming pools), workshops, offices, numerous public convenience blocks and meeting halls.  These tests are carried out either annually and quarterly to comply with Health and Safety and building legislation.

If you would like to report a property maintenance issue, please speak to the Building Manager at the site in question (where possible), in the first instance.  If this course of action is not possible, please contact the Property Services Section as follows:-
