Revenues and benefits staff aim to provide a high level of service and we need your help to do this.
If you have contacted us by telephone, letter, email or have visited us at Knowle, at Exmouth Town Hall or any of the surgeries held in Honiton, Seaton or Axminster, please let us know how satisfied you were with the help and advice we gave.
You can let us know about council tax, housing benefits or business rates. All you need to do is 
print out our survey form (27KB - PDF Help), fill in your comments and send it back to us. You can use our FREEPOST number shown at the bottom of the form so there is no need to put a stamp on the envelope.
