A meeting of the Scrutiny Committee will be held on the above date at 6.30 pm, in the Council Chamber, Sidmouth to consider the matters detailed on the agenda below.

	PART A
1	To confirm the minutes of the meeting of the Scrutiny Committee held  18 April 2006 (75KB - 27 April 2006 - PDF Help)
2	To receive any apologies for absence.
3	To consider any items which in the opinion of the Chairman, should be dealt with as matters of urgency because of special circumstances. (Note: such circumstances need to be recorded in the minutes; any Member wishing to raise a matter under this item is requested to notify the Chief Executive in advance of the meeting.)
4	To agree any items to be dealt with after the public (including the press) have been excluded.   There are no items which the Officers recommend should be dealt with in this way.
5	Decisions made by the Executive Board called in by Members for scrutiny in accordance with the Overview Procedure Rules under Part 4.5 of the Constitution (There are no items which have been identified)
6.	Performance Indicators: Please contact the Corporate Director - Central Services at least 5 working days in advance of the meeting if you wish to discuss particular Performance Indicators with a Director or Portfolio Holder at a Scrutiny Committee meeting.

8	Revenue and capital Outturn report 2005/06 (113KB - 26 June 2006 - PDF Help)
9	Effective action on Anti-Social Behaviour Task & Finish Forum (including clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005) - to confirm the membership of Councillors Mrs K J Bamsey, T A Cope, Mrs C E Drew, A R Giles and Mrs A E Liverton. The remit of the Committee as previously  agreed, is "to make recommendations on an effective integrated appraoch to using the new poweres in the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act and existing anti-social powers, in the light of responses reeived from town and Parish Councils on community priorities".
8.	To consider the  Corporate Overview committee Draft Forward Plan 2006/07 (18KB - 26 June 2006 - PDF Help)
9	To agree items for consideration at  future meetings - the following topics have been suggested: a) public toilets - whether to retain them and charge for their use b) rural deprivation, including rural transport and the difference between how we treat towns and rural areas c) the work of the Community Satefty Officer and Anti-Social behaviour issues d) Concenssionary Fares Scheme e) elderly populations acces to services

Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting when items listed under Part A of the agenda are being considered. For the benefit of Councillors and members of the public a hearing loop system will be in operation in the Council Chamber.
