Senior Salary and Other Information

East Devon District Council is committed to having a coherent reward strategy which we believe is a central part of our effots to control employment costs in line with budgetary requirements. It is also vital in the drive for quality, improvement and productivity.

These pages are intended to ensure that our approach to pay and reward is transparent and that we meet our statutory duty to publish salaries over £58,200.

Our Policies show how we manage the pay of our most senoir staff and at the same time ensure fair rewards by highlighting the need to safeguard the lowest paid.

The national implementation agreement of 2004 required periodic audits and reviews of our pay from an equal pay perspective and this information can also be found here
