The Tenant and Leaseholder Customer Panel was set up in December 1995 to encourage tenants to become more actively involved with decision making in the Council. In April 2006 the Panel altered its constitution to include two leaseholders members.
From October 2011 the Panel will be replaced by the Tenant Representative Group
