27. Dalwood

Message from Dalwood Parish Council:

"In Dalwood we have a Community shop and Post Office which remains open at this time of writing. We have set up a delivery scheme, and have had a lot of volunteers come forward to help deliver to the people who are self isolating. In addition:

  • The Church is there for anyone who is lonely and just wants to talk
  • The Tuckers Arms is doing a takeaway and collection service
  • We have set up a Prescription pick up from the Axminster Medical practice once a week.

They're also working with tech professionals and volunteers to help provide digital support to people. They can offer this phone / online service to residents of: All Saints, Axminster, Axmouth, Beer, Branscombe, Colyford, Colyton, Dalwood, Hawkchurch, Kilmington, Membury, Nether Exe, Shute, Southleigh, Stockland and Uplyme.
